From The Chairman's Desk
Welcome to Shemford Doon!!
Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.
The world that we live in today is changing everyday. What is in vogue today is passé tomorrow. It is, therefore, imperative that we adapt and change ourselves according to the times so that we could prove ourselves to be worthy citizens of the world. One way to do so is by equipping ourselves and our children with the tools and the wherewithal to bravely face every challenge thrown at us.
I strongly feel that the winners and leaders of the world will be people who have imbibed knowledge that is worthwhile, inculcated values that have withstood the test of time and developed wisdom that will take them through life. People with strong analytical skills, a good amount of creativity and well-developed communication skills are more likely to succeed.
It was with this in mind that we thought of starting ShemfordDoon. Our dream bore fruit in April 2013, when the first batch of our students marched into our sprawling campus. I am proud to say that we have done our best by them in the short span of three years and shall continue doing so for years to come.
My vision for this school is to create one of the best educational institutions in the country, nay in the world. I dream of creating an institution that will produce citizens who will be the reason for change in this world to make it a better place to live in.
I am fortunate to have with me a very talented and highly motivated team of teaching and administrative staff which, I am sure, will carry forward my vision.
All the best!!!!
